Our People
Promoting and celebrating equality, diversity and inclusion is a critical factor in the success of our business. The diversity of experience, perspectives, beliefs, gender, nationality, ethnic origin and sexual orientation of our workforce enhances the creativity and effectiveness of our business and the service to our clients. We will not tolerate discrimination or harassment of any kind and call out behaviour that is against our values. We observe cultural dignity and the self-worth of everyone and stand up for the rights of underrepresented groups in their diverse forms through authentic allyship – our staff champion this and we have a number of employee-led networks and workstreams that celebrate different forms of diversity and foster inclusion.
Our Paving the Way campaign focuses on increasing the diversity of candidates entering the industry to ensure we give opportunities to as broad a range of candidates as possible. We commit to ensuring our people are well informed and provide training on various issues related to human rights, including bribery and corruption, money laundering, sanctions, ethics, conduct, modern slavery, how to report concerns, whistleblowing and health and safety.
Our Workplace
We are committed to providing a healthy and safe environment for all our staff and to respecting their needs and requirements both in terms of the environment that they physically work in1 and their wellbeing. The commitment to a physically safe workplace is set out by our CEO in our Health and Safety policy statement. Our commitment to the wellbeing of our staff is set out in our Global Inclusion Statement; our global wellbeing programme ensures staff have access to the support and resources they need and that these are constantly reviewed and adapted to the changing workplace.
We recognise the importance of creating an environment that is psychologically safe, to foster innovation and to provide a safe space for staff to give feedback. We conduct an annual staff survey and regular pulse surveys to canvass employee opinions. Staff are encouraged to raise any concerns they have; they are guided in how to inform us of concerns or complaints (including grievances) within our staff handbooks. Staff can also access an anonymous whistleblowing hotline, operated by an external provider.

Our Partners in Business
We represent an inclusive and accountable organisation that prohibits discrimination, trafficked, forced and child labour as set out in our Modern Slavery Statement; an equal approach is expected from those with whom we partner in business. In the same way that we are committed to the fair remuneration of our staff and hire at, or above, the UK Living Wage or the international minimum wage in jurisdictions where this applies, wherever possible we instruct our suppliers to pay their staff the living wage (or international equivalent per jurisdiction) as they engage staff to work for us.
Our Service Provider Management policy sets out processes for the selection, management and oversight of suppliers and ensures that any issues are identified and escalated. We conduct due diligence and provide guidance to our suppliers on our expectation of their conduct and operation; both cover a wide range of potential human-rights issues.
